Terms and Conditions

1. Scope and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions govern all contractual relationships between:

and its customers in connection with:

a) the sale of Virtual Reality headsets, tablets, accessories, cleaning products, equipment and related products

b) the rental of Virtual Reality headsets, tablets, accessories and technical equipment

c) additional digital, technical or support services related to Virtual Reality solutions

These Terms apply to consumers, businesses, organizations, healthcare providers and other customers unless a separate written agreement applies.

By purchasing, renting or using VRLIFE products or services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

Any customer terms or conditions that conflict with these Terms shall not apply unless expressly accepted by VRLIFE in writing.

Mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

2. Sale of Products

2.1 Order Acceptance and Contract Formation

A purchase agreement is formed when:

a) VRLIFE confirms the customer's order electronically or in writing

or

b) VRLIFE delivers the ordered products.

Product listings, website descriptions and marketing materials are provided for information purposes and do not constitute a binding offer unless expressly stated otherwise.

2.2 Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are subject to applicable taxes, fees and shipping costs where required.

Unless otherwise agreed:

payments must be made within the agreed payment period

late payments may result in legally permitted interest charges and reasonable collection costs

2.3 Ownership of Products

Products remain the property of VRLIFE until full payment has been received, where such retention of title is legally recognized.

2.4 Delivery

Delivery times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

VRLIFE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs procedures, force majeure events or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Partial deliveries may be permitted where reasonable.

3. Limited Warranty for Purchased Products

VRLIFE warrants that products supplied will substantially conform to their agreed specifications and will be free from material defects at the time of delivery.

The customer must inspect products upon receipt and notify VRLIFE within a reasonable period regarding apparent defects.

For valid warranty claims, VRLIFE may, at its discretion:

repair the product

replace the product

provide an appropriate price adjustment

Consumable products, including cleaning materials and similar items, are excluded from warranty coverage unless a manufacturing defect exists.

4. Limitation of Liability for Purchased Products

VRLIFE shall only be liable for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence where applicable law requires such liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VRLIFE shall not be liable for:

indirect damages

consequential damages

loss of profits

business interruption

loss of data

loss of use

compatibility issues

technical interruptions

VRLIFE is not responsible for physical reactions associated with Virtual Reality usage, including:

dizziness

motion sickness

nausea

eye strain

orientation difficulties

discomfort

Users are responsible for immediately stopping use if discomfort occurs.

VRLIFE products are not medical devices unless expressly stated and do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

5. Rental Services

5.1 Rental Agreement

A rental agreement becomes effective upon written or electronic confirmation by VRLIFE.

Rental duration, pricing, delivery and return conditions are agreed individually.

5.2 Ownership of Rental Equipment

All rented equipment remains the exclusive property of VRLIFE at all times.

5.3 Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

handle all equipment carefully

use equipment only for its intended purpose

not modify hardware or software

not perform unauthorized repairs

not transfer, lend or sublease equipment without written permission

5.4 Operating Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

safe operation

appropriate usage environment

electricity supply

internet connection

proper handling and supervision

6. Return of Rental Equipment

Rental equipment must be returned:

complete

clean

functional

with all accessories and components

Missing, damaged or unusable equipment may be charged to the customer.

Late returns may result in additional rental charges until the equipment is returned.

7. Limitation of Liability for Rental Services

VRLIFE shall only be liable for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence where required by applicable law.

VRLIFE is not responsible for:

accidents during use

physical discomfort

improper operation

damage caused by misuse

technical interruptions

damage to customer property

The customer assumes responsibility for safe and appropriate use of rental equipment.

8. Virtual Reality Health and Safety Notice

Virtual Reality experiences may cause temporary reactions in some individuals.

Users should stop using VR immediately if they experience:

dizziness

nausea

headache

discomfort

loss of orientation

VRLIFE recommends following manufacturer safety instructions and using VR equipment responsibly.

VRLIFE services are designed to support wellbeing, engagement, relaxation and entertainment.

They do not replace medical care, professional therapy or healthcare services.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

VRLIFE processes personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including where applicable:

Swiss Federal Data Protection Act

European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Applicable United States privacy laws

Personal information is used only for:

contract processing

customer support

business communication

legal obligations

legitimate business purposes

VRLIFE does not sell personal information.

10. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Consumer cancellation and refund rights depend on the applicable laws of the customer's location.

Business customers are subject to the contractual terms agreed with VRLIFE.

VRLIFE may charge for services already provided, completed work or costs already incurred.

11. International Customers

For customers outside Switzerland, these Terms apply together with mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the customer's jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

12. United States Specific Provisions

12.1 Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis.

The customer agrees not to participate in class actions, class arbitration or representative proceedings against VRLIFE.

12.2 Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

The parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith communication.

Where legally enforceable, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration instead of court proceedings.

Nothing limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law unless mandatory laws of another jurisdiction apply.

Mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer's country remain unaffected.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain fully effective.
